Melinda is a Sports Psychologist, qualified fitness trainer, best-selling author, and the CEO and Founder of Baby2Body. She has been an advocate for women’s wellness for her entire career and embodies what it means to thrive at every stage of life as a woman. 

At The Baby Show, Melinda will share her expertise on postnatal fitness and wellness, with a chance for the audience to ask questions as well!

Tickets are £26pp on the door for Adults (15+) while children under 15 and carers can enter for free.
